Rates and Schedule: Recording, Mixing and Mastering: $50/hour. Studio schedule  Monday through Friday 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM  Saturday and Sunday 12 PM to 12 AM. Graphic Design/Layout services: $30 per panel

Policies
Booking and Cancellation Policies

• All bookings require a 50% deposit.
• All project-rate bookings must remain pre-paid for the next session throughout the duration of the project.
• TOS must be notified of all cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled session is to begin to avoid cancellation fees.
• Monday sessions must be cancelled by the Friday before to avoid cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, or the weekend before a Monday session, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled time.
• Notwithstanding the above, cancellations made the same day as the scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled time.
• Any cancellation fee due not covered by any deposits are due immediately.

Payment Policy

• All fees are due when services are rendered unless a prior fee payment agreement has been arranged in writing.

Digital Archives

• TOS is an all-digital facility, and we strongly encourage proper data archival for all of our clients. All data should be archived to a portable hard disk drive (Firewire or USB2) CD-R or DVD-R to ensure the safety of your project and allow proper session restoration for future use. Please consult your engineer about archival of your project.

Limits of Liability

• TOS will endeavor to secure personal property left on the premises, but assumes no liability for loss or damage to said items. Client data and materials will be stored at client's risk. This includes digital data residing on hard disks, CDs and other media.
• If properties of value are left on the premises for file or storage, it is stongly recommended that the client secures the appropriate insurance.
• All clients are required to indemnify TOS against any action regarding copyright or legal infringement arising from client's project.

Studio Policies

• There is no tobacco use permitted inside the facility; however, we two outside areas are provided.
• Personal telephone calls are not permitted on TOS phones. Clients are asked to restrict personal cell phone calls to the outdoor or lounge areas.
• Clients are asked to limit persons attending a session to those required for the session. It is recommended that a single Producer or person in charge of the project be identified to make final decisions regarding all aspects of the project.
• TOS strongly believes professionalism and respect should be shown to clients and staff. Persons who, in the opinion of TOS staff, are intoxicated, abusive or unruly will be asked to leave. If this results in the suspension or cancellation of a session, no refunds will be given.

Use of Client Projects

• TOS utilizes stereo masters of completed client projects for demonstration purposes only. If you do not wish for your project to be used as a demonstration, please let your engineer know.
